Getting here
Rafael Núñez International Airport (CTG) is 8–12 km from our hotels — about 20 to 35 minutes by car. Our concierge can arrange a private transfer from the airport or the cruise port.
Check-in & check-out
At Voilá Centro Histórico, check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out on request, subject to availability.
When to come
December to April is the dry season and the busiest. May–June and September–November bring calmer streets and better rates.
Getting around
The Walled City and Getsemaní are best on foot. There is no on-site parking at Voilá Centro Histórico; the nearest public car park, Parque de la Marina, is about 400 m away.
Travelling with pets
Small pets are welcome at Voilá Centro Histórico for an additional fee. Let us know when you book.
What to pack
Light linen, comfortable shoes for cobblestones, a hat and reef-safe sunscreen for the islands. Evenings stay warm all year.
